Who operates this site

Mortgage Clarity Center is an educational resource operated by The Jordan Team at Nova Home Loans, a mortgage advisory team based in Colorado. This site does not originate loans, process applications, or collect financial information.

What we collect

We use a privacy-focused analytics tool (Umami) to understand how people use this site. This tool collects:

• Which pages are visited and how often
• Referring website (how you found us)
• General device type (mobile, desktop, tablet)
• Browser type
• Country-level location (not city, not address, not GPS coordinates)

This data is aggregated and anonymous. We cannot identify individual visitors. We cannot see your name, email, IP address, or any personally identifiable information from analytics alone.

What we do not collect

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Financial information (income, credit score, loan details)
• Precise geographic location
• Browsing history on other websites
• Anything that could identify you personally

There are no forms on this site. There is no account creation. There is no email signup. There is no way for us to contact you because we do not have your contact information.

A note on server infrastructure: Like virtually all websites, our hosting infrastructure may temporarily process IP addresses as part of delivering web pages to your browser. This is a standard technical function of how the internet works. We do not store, analyze, or use IP addresses to identify visitors, and our analytics tool (Umami) is specifically configured to not retain them.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. Our analytics tool operates without cookies. Your browser may store standard technical data (such as cached files to load pages faster), but we do not use cookies to identify, track, or profile visitors.

Third-party services

All fonts, images, and page content are served directly from our own infrastructure. Your browser does not make requests to Google, Facebook, or any advertising or tracking company when you visit this site. The only external request is to our privacy-focused analytics provider (Umami), which collects the anonymous usage data described above without cookies or personal identifiers.

We do not use advertising networks, retargeting pixels, social media trackers, or any service that builds profiles of visitors.

Data sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any data with any third party. We do not have data to sell. The anonymous, aggregated analytics we collect are used solely to understand which content is useful so we can improve the site.

Your rights
